The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide cleaning services for the premises and glazing of premises dependent on CPAM de l'Artois. It consists of 13 lots (cleaning local - glazing) including a lot reserved for companies mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labor Code. This Framework Agreement will take effect on 1.11.2019 for a period of 12 months. The framework agreement is tacitly renewable. It may be renewed 3 times for a period of 12 months according to the provisions of the special administrative clauses, without its total duration exceeding 48 months. This contract follows a procedure that was declared inactive in June 2019 due to a technical problem in the publication of our advertising (market 2019-3 CPAM Artois).

The purpose of this lot is to provide cleaning services for the premises of the Liévin building (excluding glazing).

Article L. 2113-12 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of 26.11.2018 allows the contracting authority to reserve this lot for companies mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labor Code. This lot is therefore reserved.
