The subject of the order is:
1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the commune of Lubliniec.
The receipt will cover:
- municipal waste collected in a non-selective way - mixed,
- municipal waste collected selectively "at source" by fraction:
• paper,
• plastics, metal and multi-material packaging,
• glass,
• bio waste,
- expired drugs and chemicals,
- waste generated during home injections (e.g. used needles and syringes),
- waste batteries and accumulators,
- waste electrical and electronic equipment,
- furniture and other bulky waste,
- construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste,
- worn tires,
- green waste.
2) Providing bags and containers for selective waste collection.
3) Providing containers for mixed waste.
4) Equipping the selective municipal waste collection point with appropriate waste containers.

1) The commune's area is 89.36 km

3) The number of inhabitants in the Lubliniec commune is about 20,300. 55% of inhabitants live in single-family housing. 45% of inhabitants live in multi-family housing areas.
4) The number of properties from which waste should be collected is 3 705. This number may change during the implementation of this contract.
Estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed is 7,717 Mg.
