1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of software listed in Annex 1 to the Agreement or Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement for software equivalent to the e-mail environment owned by the Ordering Party together with hosting in the scope described in Appendix No. 3 and implementation in the infrastructure of the Ordering Party in the scope described in Annex 4 to the Agreement and delivery of technical and post-implementation documentation on the terms set out in the Agreement and Annex 2 to the Agreement (in in the case of equivalent software).

A description of the equivalence conditions for Exchange Server Enterprise Edition 2019 and Exchange Server Standard 2019 User CAL is included in Appendix 2 to the Agreement.

2. The terms of the contract are included in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement and constitute Annex 8 to the Terms of Contract.
