Executive design and implementation of the new NZEB construction project and related urbanization works on an area owned by ALER Milano in the Municipality of Pieve Emanuele – Lot RP1 – between via Delle Rose and via Dei Gigli.

The total estimated amount is € 6,190,580.92 (excluding VAT and legal charges), broken down as follows:

o execution of works: € 6,024,926.63, of which € 5,752,924.35 for auction basis for works and € 272,002.28 for security charges (not subject to reduction);

or auction fee for technical services: € 165,654.29.
