Brief description of the measure:

In addition to the existing main building, a 3-storey extension building for a primary school is to be built on the IGS Lindenfeld property. The construction project will be carried out in 2 construction phases. The performance described here relates to the 1st BA.

Events:

Interim date 1: Assembly plans must be submitted 4 weeks after commissioning

Start of construction: 28.11.2022, delivery of the built-in parts to the shell

Interim date 2: Assembly of shaft doors and cabin 10 weeks from week 47/2023

Interim date 3: Commissioning: Duration: approx. 2 weeks from week 27/2024

total completion: 12.07.2024

Plan distribution takes place via a plan server (Cloudbrixx), which is made available to the contractor free of charge
