The tender includes the purchase of biobag dispensers for installation in the City of Copenhagen (Subcontract 1) and Frederiksberg Municipality (Subcontract 2).

ARC offers the assignment on behalf of ARC and Frederiksberg Municipality. For the purposes of this document, ARC and Frederiksberg shall be understood as contracting entities, unless it is specifically stated that the relationship concerns only one party.

The biopose dispenser has been developed by the City of Copenhagen in collaboration with Lolle & Nielsen Inventions ApS and with the participation of ARC.

The quantities specified in the Tender Documents are estimated quantities for the contract period.

The scope of dispensers is expected to be approx. 7,800 units for installation in the City of Copenhagen and approx. 1,250 units for installation in Frederiksberg Municipality and in addition ongoing purchases in connection with operations. It is intended that they will be established at apartment buildings in Copenhagen Municipality and Frederiksberg Municipality, where food waste is sorted.

Purchase of Biopose dispensers for ARC.

The scope of dispensers is expected to be approx. 7,800 units for installation in the City of Copenhagen and in addition ongoing purchases in connection with operations. The intention is that they will be established at apartment buildings in the City of Copenhagen, where food waste is sorted.

ARC expects to purchase approx. 2,000 pieces of biobag dispensers per month in a 4-month period, of which approx. 1,750 are expected to be delivered with a stand and 250 without a stand. At the same time, 250 wall brackets will be supplied for the biobag dispensers that are expected to be wall-hung, i.e. without a stand. Thereafter, ARC expects to purchase biobag dispensers for repair and release on an ongoing basis, corresponding to at least 100 biobag dispensers per order. The number of units is ARC's best estimate, but is not binding for ARC, however, a minimum purchase of 5,000 units is guaranteed.

ARC reserves the right to obtain the necessary allocation of budget funds in the City of Copenhagen. If this is not done, the invitation to tender shall be cancelled.

ARC also reserves the right not to enter into Lot 1 if the price offered exceeds the budget limit. If Lot 1 is not concluded, Lot 2 will not be concluded and instead the tender will be cancelled.

Furthermore, reference shall be made to the requirements specification for deepening the requirements for the task offered.

Purchase of Biopose dispensers for Frederiksberg Municipality

The scope of dispensers is expected to be approx. 1,250 units for installation in Frederiksberg Municipality and in addition ongoing purchases in connection with operations. It is intended that they will be established at apartment buildings in Frederiksberg Municipality, where food waste is sorted.

Frederiksberg expects to purchase approx. 500 pieces of biobag dispensers per month in a 3-month period, of which approx. 400 are expected to be delivered with a stand and 100 without a stand. At the same time, 100 wall brackets must be supplied for the biobag dispensers that are expected to be wall-hung, i.e. without a stand. Subsequently, Frederiksberg expects to purchase biobag dispensers for repair and release on an ongoing basis, corresponding to at least 15 biobag dispensers per order. The number of units is Frederiksberg's best estimate, but is not binding for Frederiksberg, however, a minimum purchase of 1,250 units is guaranteed.

The conclusion of Lot 2 is subject to the conclusion of Lot 1.

Frederiksberg also reserves the right not to enter into Lot 2 if the price offered exceeds the budget framework.
