The procurement includes framework agreements for continuous call-offs for technical consulting services in electricity, district heating and cooling. The procurement is carried out in the following sub-areas and the Applicant may choose to participate in one or more sub-areas:

The estimated volume of the framework agreement is approximately SEK 10 million per year. Applicants may consider this as a guide to the scope. Öresundskraft does not provide any guarantee regarding volumes, but the scope may vary during the contract period.

The contract period is two (2) years with the possibility for Öresundskraft to extend the agreement for up to six (6) years, on one or more occasions. The planned start of the contract is January 2024.

Scope of procurement

The procurement includes framework agreements for continuous call-offs for technical consulting services in electricity, district heating and cooling. The procurement is carried out in the following sub-areas and the Applicant may choose to participate in one or more sub-areas:

The estimated volume of the framework agreement is approximately SEK 10 million per year. Applicants may consider this as a guide to the scope. Öresundskraft does not provide any guarantee regarding volumes, but the scope may vary during the contract period.

The maximum volume per framework agreement is SEK 100 million. When purchases under the framework agreement have reached the maximum volume, Öresundskraft has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, or until the time specified by Öresundskraft, see also the terms of the agreement. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement.

The contract period is two (2) years with the possibility for Öresundskraft to extend the agreement for up to six (6) years, on one or more occasions. The planned start of the contract is January 2024.
