The subject of the contract is the development of the Investment Programme and complete design and cost estimates documentation together with the exercise of copyright supervision for the period of implementation of construction works within the framework of investment task no. 51199 “Construction of a network emergency braking system of aircraft together with with a paved catwalk on two directions of the airport runway” in the K-6051 Dęblin complex.
1. The subject of the contract is the development of the Investment Programme and complete design and cost estimates documentation together with the exercise of copyright supervision for the period of implementation of construction works within the framework of investment task no. 51199 “Construction of a network emergency braking system for aircraft together with a paved catwalk on two directions of the airport runway” in the K-6051 Dęblin complex.
2. The subject of the order is connected with access to classified information with the clause “RESERVED”. Detailed requirements for the protection of classified information are set out in the Instruction for the Protection of Classified Information, which will form an integral part of the signed agreement (Annex No 9 to the SWZ).
3. For the subject of the contract referred to in point 3.1. The SWZ consists of:
1) Development of the Investment Programme on the basis of an approved Investment Proposal;
2) Development of complete design and cost estimates documentation for all industries in the form of drawings and other documents enabling an unambiguous determination of the type and scope of construction works and the conditions for their performance;
3) Preparation of appropriate formal and legal documents and obtaining on their basis the necessary arrangements, consents and decisions of the competent institutions and bodies relevant to the type of construction intention enabling the implementation of construction works (if necessary to obtain them);
4) Performing copyright supervision throughout the execution of construction works and at the request of the Ordering Authority until the date of expiry of the warranty period and warranty;
5) The implementation of copyright supervision will take place on the basis of the project documentation made. Author's supervision, in its scope, will cover any answer to the question asked by the Contractor/Contractor of works concerning the material scope at the stage of the tendering procedure for the selection of the contractor of construction works and at the stage of execution of construction works. The reply shall be submitted within 7 days from the date of the request by the customer. At the same time, the author's supervision will additionally include a recurring stay at coordination deliberations in the military complex, in the construction office according to the needs arising from the progress of works and on dates ensuring continuity of work by designers in the industries in which they will currently be implemented works - for the entire period of implementation of the construction contract.
6) Describing the technical solutions, equipment, equipment and equipment used in the documentation by means of technical and quality characteristics (minimum parameters) without indicating trademarks, patents or origin of the source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, unless justified by the specificity of the solution and shall be accompanied by the words “or equivalent” (provided that the characteristic parameters required for the fulfillment of equivalence are specified). The solutions used must allow lawful entry into operation, i.e. in particular the technical supervision of a device originating from outside the EU (an indication of the importer's legislative obligation).
