The subject of the contract includes the development of project documentation, obtaining relevant decisions and execution of construction works falling within the scope of Contract No. 6 part 2 titled: "Construction of a sewage and water supply network in Słupno and Sieraków - Yellow FIDIC". This investment falls within the scope of the key project "Construction of sanitary sewage system and water supply network in the Radzymin Commune - Stage II" and is one of the parts of the contract awarded for the design and construction of a sewage and water supply network.

The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation, obtaining relevant decisions (including decision on building permit / notification regarding construction works), construction together with submission of a notice of completion of works or an application for a decision to use to the competent building supervision authority and obtaining no objection for use or final decision on the use of the built infrastructure in Słupno and Sieraków, including:

• construction of a gravity sewer DN 315 PVC with a total length of approx. L = 2.44 km

• construction of a gravity sewer channel DN 200 PVC with a total length of approx. L = 9.49 km

• construction of 748 pieces of DN160-DN300 sewage network sections (hereinafter referred to as sewage branches) in street traffic lanes, including: DN300 -1 pieces (from the main channel to Sąździecka street); DN200 - 45 items (from the main channel to side roads, plots for roads and to the property); DN160-702 items (from the main channel to the property borders).

Sewer branches are foreseen for all properties at the constructed pipes. In the case of built-up plots, the scope of design includes a section of the sewer pipe from the sanitary channel in the street to the place of including sewage from buildings located on private properties. In the case of undeveloped plots, the design includes a sewage pipe terminated with a sewage well on the plot. The construction of the designed sewer branches covers the section from the sanitary sewer in the street to the borders of private properties.

The final number of sewer branches will result from design solutions adopted based on the current geodetic divisions of real estate preceded by a field vision. In justified cases (e.g. large amount of sewage generated within the property, for which the DN160 connection will be insufficient), the Employer allows the extension of the DN160 branch diameter to DN200.

• construction of 8 sanitary sewage pumping stations;

• construction of a DN90-160 mm PEHD discharge channel with a total length of approx. L = 1.03 km;

• construction of the DN110 PEHD water pipeline with a total length of approx. L = 0.8 km, including switching to the constructed network of two existing water connections by means of an electro fusion welded saddle tee;

• construction of 138 sections of the DN40-DN160 water supply network (hereinafter referred to as water supply branches) in the road lane of Żeromskiego in Słupno and Sienkiewicza in Sieraków from the main network, including: DN160 - 1 and DN110 - 21 pieces ( from the main water supply to side roads and plots intended for roads); DN40-50 - 116 pcs. (From the main water supply to the property boundaries, diameter selection depending on water demand, destination of the plot. In the case of road separation on the plot during design works or planning by the owner of the separation of the road plot within the plot, the diameter should be provided) branches DN63-110 as per future demand.

Water supply branches are foreseen for all undeveloped and built-up properties without a water supply connection as well as side roads and plots for roads in ul. H. Sienkiewicz and S. Żeromski.

The scope of design and construction of water supply branches for built-up and undeveloped plots includes a section of the water pipe from the water supply in the street to the borders of private properties. In the case of side roads / plots intended for roads, water supply branches should be made to the border of the road strip of ul. H. Sienkiewicz in Sieraków and S. Żeromski in Słupno.

The final number of water supply branches and the adopted diameters will result from the design solutions adopted based on the current geodetic divisions of real estate preceded by a field vision.

• reconstruction of colliding devices, including in street Polna Róża and ul. Chabrowa, Przeskok.
