The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of approximately 968,000 liters of diesel oil (968 m³) to the headquarters of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. in Tychy in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract (01.07.2023) for a period of 12 months (until 30.06.2024).

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of approximately 968 000 liters of diesel fuel

(968 m³) to the registered office of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. in Tychy in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract (01.07.2023) for a period of 12 months (until 30.06.2024).

2. The estimated amount of ON with improved low-temperature properties is 250 000 liters.

The estimated amount of ON with standard temperature properties is 718,000 liters.

3. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of standard diesel fuel and with improved low-temperature properties, whereas the delivery of diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties will take place only in the period from December to February and only at the request of the Ordering Party expressed in the order. Whenever this description of the subject of the contract refers to standard diesel fuel and diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties, it should be understood as the types of diesel oil referred to in Annex 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) of the contract.

4. As part of the delivery service ON, the Contractor is obliged to lease

1 (one) safe double-shell tank with a minimum capacity of 5,000 l (5,0 m3), used for storing diesel fuel and distribution system, equipped with electronic monitoring and reporting of the ON – Xtrack circuit (Kingspan Connect). The lease of the above-mentioned tank is included in the price of diesel fuel.
