The contest is for the delivery of complete accounting services with payroll in a cloud based accounting system, budget work, reporting, and continual advice. The new system must include detailed history back to 2013. The tenderer will be responsible for the data transfer. In addition, the tenderer must develop integration between the offered system and the contracting authority's MOM system (Famac) in 2023.

The value of the contract is estimated to NOK 700,000 excluding VAT in annual running costs. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this agreement.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, with the accompanying standard delivery terms for accounting assignments set by Regnskap Norge.

The contract duration will be from 01.01.2023 until it is terminated.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
