Description:
Operational Call Supervision Services for Drilling Sites, Workover, Mining and Rigless Closures

Supervision of drilling sites, workover and mining closures ensuring, through the professional figures of Drilling & Completion Engineer, Drilling & Completion Supervisor, Drilling & Completion Fluid Supervisor and Wellsite Geologist, the execution of the activity in compliance with the regulations in force - Services of drilling & completion engineering - Operational supervision of "Rigless" sites through the professional figure of Rigless Supervisor. (Main activity: supervision of drilling sites, workover and mining closures).

The following are subject of the contract:

- The supervision of drilling sites, workover and mining closures (main activity)

- The engineering services of Drilling & Completion

- "Rigless" construction supervision services.

Through the professional figures of Drilling & Completion Engineer, Drilling & Completion Supervisor, Drilling & Completion Fluid Supervisor, Wellsite Geologist and Rigless Supervisor, the execution of the activity must be ensured with respect to:

- of the provisions of the contract, in compliance with the requirements established by the document of “Health, safety and quality policy, with the Client's manuals and procedures, with the international technical standards recognized in the oil sector (API, ISO, etc. )

- the laws and regulations in force in the national territory

- of the environmental requisites foreseen by the legislation on the protection of the environment, the requirements on the safety of workers and health protection and in compliance with the current Italian legislation on mining (Legislative Decree 624/96), safety on the work (Legislative Decree 81/08) and the Seveso III Directive (Legislative Decree 105/15).

Specifically, the Successful Bidder must:

- assume direct responsibility as an active part in ensuring the safety of the well in an emergency situation, in coordination with the Drilling Contractor and other service companies and as technical support to the Supervisor and the Manager in charge of emergency management,

- Have a qualified staff of resources to manage at least 2 rigs in simultaneous "drilling and completion" operations,

- Ensuring timely follow-up reporting of activities and managing correspondence with the Client,

- Ensure the compilation of daily reporting on site by using the "WellView" application, which will be made available on hardware infrastructure by the Customer.

The figures of "Drilling & Completion Supervisor", "Drilling & Completion Fluids Supervisor", "Rigless supervisor" must be in possession of the well control certification (IWCF) valid during the performance of the activities.

The roles and responsibilities of the Successful Bidder in the management of emergencies will be defined in the documents of the "emergency role" of the construction site, in the "well emergency plan" and in the DSSC, provided subsequently.

The organizational structure required of the Successful Bidder includes site supervision for both well operations (drilling, completion, workover and mining closure) and operational geology activities.

In particular, for drilling site (including side-track) and completion must be present:

- Nr 4 "Drilling & Completion Supervisor"

- Nr 2 "Drilling & Completion Fluids Supervisor"

- Nr 2 "Wellsite Geologist"

The following must be present for workover and mining construction sites:

- Nr 4 "Drilling & Completion Supervisor"

- Nr 2 "Drilling & Completion Fluids Supervisor"

For Rigless construction sites must be present:

- Nr 1 "Rigless Supervisor"

The operating structure, the type of supervision and the amount of resources to be used, requested from the Successful Bidder for the execution of the services, may vary depending on the operating phase of the use of the drilling rig.

The services requested to the Successful Bidder may be discontinuous depending on the needs of the Principal; in these periods services will not be provided by the Successful Bidder and availability rates will not be recognized.
