The scope of this tender is to review proposals for the 2022BA1282 Commercial Heating, Service, Repairs and Maintenance.

The area in scope of this contract is located at Torfaen: Cwmbran, Pontypool, Blaenavon

Bron Afon Community Housing is looking to commence works with the appointed Supplier from 1st May 2023.

The contract term will be for 4 years with an option to extend for 2 x12 month period (4+1+1).
