This service concerns the full alternative maintenance of the plants and weed control on pavements and the full maintenance of the turf.

Also part of the assignment: during this maintenance, the green waste, weeds, leaves, litter, sweeping waste, [...] are cleaned up and removed.

Any flower beds and / or flower boxes present in the assigned sector are also maintained, with the exception of watering, which is at the expense of the client.

Does not belong to the assignment: planting of flower beds and / or flower boxes, maintenance of the verges, maintenance of street furniture and playground equipment.

During the period from March 15 to December 15, the institution must ensure the full maintenance of both the plants and the pavement, as well as the full maintenance of the turf. The specified annual amount includes all costs (incl. VAT) that insure maintenance during the entire period of the works described below.

The assignment will be extended three times by one year if properly executed.
