The planned term of the service contract advertised here is expected to be from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2025 and ends without the need for further termination.
The client reserves the option to extend the existing contract once for a further two years. Two months before the end of the contract period, the client shall inform the contractor whether he is exercising his right of option. If the lease of the object named in the invitation to tender is dissolved or terminated before the end of the agreed contract period, the contract for the provision of the security service automatically ends at the time of the period specified in the termination / termination agreement.
The object of the contract is the guarding of the object and the guarantee of security in the building. When providing the service, the contractor shall take into account and take into account the particular sensitivity of the order, the increased publicity and the special features in dealing with foreign citizens, such as language barriers, traumas, different mentalities and cultures. The contractor must ensure the safety of the visitors, the employees of the client and other service providers of the client in the building. It ensures that all safety-relevant aspects in the building, in the course of the services to be provided, are regularly checked and thus safety risks are avoided. In doing so, the contractor may not exercise any sovereign activities. In particular, he is not authorised to order or apply disciplinary measures. The framework conditions and limits of a security activity within the meaning of the Guarding Ordinance are strictly adhered to by the contractor. In the case of the services to be provided by him, the contractor is subject to the permanent authority of the customer. The responsible contact persons of the client are the head of department 34 -asylum benefits and integration- and the department head 34.2 -accommodation and district care- as well as his deputy.
