The consultation took the form of a single-contractor framework agreement, the purpose of which was to appoint a designer-coordinator project manager, who will ensure programmatic, urban, landscape, technical, regulatory and calendar coordination of the overall development project, consisting of the Grand Parc de la Plaine du Var, the ZAC Parc Méridia, and the public spaces serving the Park and located outside the perimeter of the ZAC. The coordinating project manager will also be the designer of all or part of certain public spaces. The tasks are detailed in Art. 1.2 of the Consultation Regulations and the Specifications. The Framework Agreement is "mixed", in accordance with Article R. 2162-3 of the French Public Procurement Code: part of the services will be performed directly via purchase orders, and another part of the services will be performed after the award of subsequent contracts. The framework agreement is mixed, consisting of a purchase order portion and a follow-on contract portion. It has a firm slice, and 2 optional slices. It is concluded with no minimum amount and is subject to a total maximum amount of €3,500,000 excluding VAT (including purchase orders and subsequent contracts) over its total duration (including all renewals)
