Estimated contract value:
The contract will be based on global sum average 19/20 with a 10 % premium. The premium will only be paid if the successful bidder is able to provide the Zero Tolerance Enhanced Service from the premises covering all patients residing within the Shropshire CCG border.
Annual uplifts will be made for the term of the contract in line with GMS Contract negotiations. In addition, separate payments will be made for quality outcomes framework, enhanced services and premises.
Contract duration and service commencement:
As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful bidder(s) for a period of 4 years and 6 months.
The current contract(s) for the Services will end on 30.9.2019 and as a result the successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1.10.2019.
