1. The subject of the contract is: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the municipality of Lubliniec. The collection will cover: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, b) household ash collected "at source", c) municipal waste collected in a selective way "at source" with the division into fractions: paper, plastics, metal and multi-material packaging, glass, bio-waste, d) expired medicines and chemicals, e) waste generated during household injections (m.in. used needles and syringes), f) waste batteries and accumulators, g) waste electrical and electronic equipment, h) furniture and other bulky waste, i) construction and demolition waste from households, j) used tyres, k) hazardous waste, 2) provision of bags and containers intended for separate waste collection, 3) provision of containers for mixed waste, 4) provision of containers intended for the collection of ash from households, 5) equipping the selective collection point for municipal waste with appropriate containers and containers for the collection of municipal waste. 2. Estimated number of waste to be collected: 8.023 Mg.
