The contract consists of two major missions, the technical details of which are specified to the CCTP:

- mission 1 - creation of a database and monitoring and management tools;

- mission 2 - cycle of coordination and piloting of the project the market is at a fixed price.

The purpose of the OPCU mission is to support the operational implementation of the project by having three major objectives: time control, project quality control and costs. To this end, the service provider will put in place monitoring and management tools allowing optimal sequencing of tasks, meeting deadlines and commitments set out in the agreement.
