The subject of the contract is to carry out promotional activities for the needs of the project "Startup Malopolska – support for entrepreneurship in the region.

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out promotional activities for the needs of the project "Startup Malopolska – support for entrepreneurship in the region. Its main elements are:

– conducting an information and promotion campaign on Internet portals and social media profiles,

− execution of graphic designs,

− production of film materials,

– photographic service of events organized as part of the project.

2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1C to the SWZ and will be introduced as Annex 1 to the public procurement agreement.

3. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract – in the model contract, constituting Annex 1D to the SGW.
