1. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of waste code 19 12 12 - the waste transmitted 191212 is a subsitted fraction > 80 mm from the treatment of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) and from the treatment of waste from selective collection.

2. The estimated amount of waste for development will be 6000 Mg. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount envisaged for the use of waste, which does not result in cancellation or modification of its terms. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The waste can be prepared in bulk or in the form of a cube 100 -120 cm x 100-120 cm x 80 cm weighing approximately 400 kg.

3. Waste can be received with movable floor semi-trailers. The minimum guaranteed load weight of waste is 10Mg and the average load weight for a moving floor is approximately 13Mg.
