The muurame community centre project entity will be put out to tender as a restricted procedure. Participation in the restricted procedure shall be subject to the fulfilment of the attached request for participation and the fulfilment of its minimum requirements in accordance with the application.

The project package of the community centre includes the demolition of old structures, foundation support and jacking work, the construction of a new sports hall and the extension of the upper secondary school. In addition, the existing swimming hall will be expanded by building a new gym, cafeteria and multipurpose and cold pool facilities with technical changes. The work will be carried out next to the properties in operation.

The planned implementation date of the project is April 2023 - October 2024.

In procurement, a construction contract, a pipe contract, a ventilation contract (incl. automation work), a water treatment contract and an electrical contract are put out to tender separately. The building contractor acts as the main contractor and main implementer of the project. Other contracts are carried out as secondary contracts subordinated to the main contractor.
