Training camps (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3a)Training camps are targeted collective courses where 8-12 entrepreneurs with growth potential undergo a targeted competence development course. The purpose of training camps is to clarify and activate the growth potential of the participants. The courses consist of 2-4 modules where the participants work with basic conditions regarding the development and growth of their companies. Tools that may be used in the processes are, for example, Business Model Canvas, Lean Start-up methods and the like. Training camps will be conducted with the help of external Advisors with relevant profile. Participants will have access to ongoing sparring from an on-going Greenhouse Consultant during and at the end of the camp course. The contractor often defines the contents of the training camp based on suggestions from one or a group of companies. The contracting authority selects the Consultant on the basis of the Consultants with whom the framework agreement has been concluded. The contracting authority is responsible for recruiting companies. Only the Contracting Authority can approve the set companies.

The camp consists of 4 meetings of 3-4 hours (but at least 12 hours in total) within a 2-5 month period. The selected advisor prepares a final report for each completed process. Growth groups (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3b)Growth groups are targeted collective processes, with 8-12 entrepreneurs with growth potential completing a thematic and targeted competence development process. The professional themes can be, for example, internationalization, online marketing, personal sales, IPR etc. Execution of the Growth Groups is carried out by external Advisers who have expert knowledge of the relevant academic themes. The growth groups can be considered as a supplement to the individual growth processes with the purchase of advice, and the benefits for the participants are skills development, sparring and exchange of experience with other entrepreneurs. Between the joint meetings, participants are given access to individual guidance by a thorough Greenhouse Consultant. The client often defines the growth group's content on the basis of suggestions from one or a group of companies. The contracting authority selects the Consultant on the basis of the Consultants with whom the framework agreement has been concluded. The contracting authority is responsible for the recruitment and approval of companies. The growth group consists of 4 meetings of 3-4 hours within a 2-4 month period. The selected advisor prepares a final report for each completed process. The final report describes the course and the results obtained. Masterclasses on capital (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3c)When entrepreneurs venture out in search of venture capital, it can be a time-consuming and difficult exercise. An understanding of the various opportunities available in the capital environment is required, thorough investor material, value management and capital requirements and insight into common tools, templates and negotiation processes. Therefore, a number of master classes are held for capital-seeking entrepreneurs, which aims to provide the entrepreneurs with knowledge, networks and skills, so that the opportunities for entrepreneurs to engage in dialogue with Business Angels and other capital sources are significantly improved. The themes for master classes can be, for example, venture capital or crowdfunding / lending. Masterclasses can thus be part of the entrepreneurs' preparations to enter into: a capital coaching course, as after participation in masterclasses - all else equal - they will be better equipped to define their need for sparring prior to the capital raising itself; an easier contact for business angels. Therefore, a few master classes will be organized in such a way that entrepreneurs and Business Angels start by participating in separate master classes and then immediately meet for networking in connection with a short joint presentation for both groups. The purpose of this first networking is that these entrepreneurs will later continue in the formal course of the Presentation for Business Angels and other equity players (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3e). The contractor often defines the content of the master class on the basis of suggestions from one or a group of companies. The contracting authority selects the Consultant on the basis of the Consultants with whom the framework agreement has been concluded. The contracting authority is responsible for the recruitment and approval of companies. Masterclasses consist of a 3-4 hour meeting with an average of 20 participants in each. The selected advisor prepares a final report for each completed process. The final report describes the course and the results obtained. Twelve master classes are expected to be held. Reference is also made to the Performance Description Entrepreneurship Program 2018-2021 for the description of Masterclasses on capital (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3c).
Leaders for startups (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3d)Many Danish startups and growth companies do not realize their full potential because the company lacks commercial skills in management. A major reason is that companies are often established by technically strong profiles with a good idea. Once the idea has turned into an innovative product, specific commercial profiles must be attracted, both with specific experience in selected industries, selected job functions, and who have the courage and motivation to change from a larger reputable company to a startup. This match can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Without heavy commercial resources in management, the process of scaling up sales, building the business model and the economic and administrative operating engine, and thus delaying the company's growth, is made more difficult and delayed.
A network of commercial fire souls needs to be built, fueling startups that can help build more businesses faster. Typically, it is business people with many years of professional experience who are excited about designing business models, scaling sales and building businesses, even if it comes under risky conditions. Thus, the agreements made between companies and managers from the network are not remuneration on market terms but typically a minimum wage or a sweat-equity model, where you can earn ownership after work. It is the goal that 15 entrepreneurial companies will gain a commercial leadership competence. There may be different types of competencies and job descriptions, e.g. in the form of sales manager, CEO, CFO, supply chain manager, chairman of the board. The important thing is not the title itself, but that the founders of the company get as much direct commercial input as possible in daily operations, or as a high-active working member of the board / advisory board. Reference is also made to the Performance Description Entrepreneurship Program 2018-2021 for the description of Leaders for startups (framework agreement / part agreement 3d).
Presentation for Business Angels and other equity players (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3e)The latest and largest survey of activities in the Danish business angel environment shows that the level of activity is high among Danish business angels, both when it comes to investments and exits. The analysis, conducted by the Growth Fund, Danish Business Angels and Keystones, shows that the active BAs who responded to the survey in 2015 invested for almost DKK 300,000,000 and made 52 exits. The analysis further shows that most BAs dedicate 2 or more days a week to running and managing their portfolio companies. It supports the argument that BAs contribute to business growth with skills, knowledge and resources. The purpose of the activity is to attract, screen and present good Jutland investment cases to potential investors, Business Angels and other capital players. It is expected that some of these investment cases have completed the Masterclass activities (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3c). In total, 40 entrepreneurs are presented to relevant investors who are interested in injecting capital into companies. These investors can be individual, act in a group / consortium context, be part of a Business Angels network, be larger companies looking to support new startups, in short, capital players in a very broad set up. This is to ensure that the right match can be found for the companies, and to ensure that the activity's 40 match covers the industry as widely as possible to enable as many entrepreneurs as possible to reach the goal of raising capital. The activities take place primarily at physical member meetings, but it can also be done digitally to the members of the BA networks or other capital players. Selected cases may come into play at BA meetings elsewhere in Denmark or internationally, if relevant to the individual entrepreneur. The entrepreneur is offered activities based on their precise needs, thus their ambition and potential are activated by the right people at the right time, with maximum benefit.
The contracting entity identifies and recruits the 40 companies to pitch. This happens continuously throughout the project period. The contracting authority is responsible for the final selection. The client and the individual company choose the advisor they want to help them advance and through the investor pitch. The selected advisor identifies and recruits the investors and equity players to be included in the activity. The contracting authority approves the final selection. The chosen advisor helps companies prepare their pitch, including presentation and pitch training. Advisor helps companies design their case and presentation so that companies are optimally dressed for the pitch. The advisor ensures the performance of the presentation and follows up on the result. Last is done by a joint oral evaluation interview with the company. The selected advisor prepares a final report for each completed process. The final report describes the course and the results obtained. Reference is also made to the Performance Description Entrepreneurship Program 2018-2021 for the description of Presentation for Business Angels and other capital players (framework agreement / sub-agreement 3e).
