Monetra Oulu Oy's Procurement Services will request your quotation for the supply of building supplies to its involved customers (hereinafter referred to as "subscribers") in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.

The procurement is divided into two (2) partial bidding areas and six (6) groups as follows:

Element:

1. Masonry materials, plasters, thermal insulation and plastic films

2. Building boards

3. Adhesives and masses

4. Paints, thinners, levelers and painting supplies

5. Building glasses

6. Timber.

The tenderer may select the group (s) to offer and whether to offer one (1) area or both.

Group and region-specific partial bids are allowed as per the invitation to tender.

On the basis of the tendering procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with the selected suppliers, as indicated below.

Selected vendors must have a store as stated below to enable the subscriber to pick up or view the products to be purchased.

Group 1 procures title products for professional use for subscribers.

Group 2 procures the title products for professional use for subscribers.

Group 3 procures title products for professional use for subscribers.

Group 4 procures title products for professional use for subscribers.

Group 5 procures the title products for the needs of the subscribers. In addition, in Group 5, it is possible to provide an alert service for Area 1 (Oulu, Lumijoki) (weekdays 5 pm - 7 pm, Saturdays and public holidays) as indicated below.
