The subject of these proceedings is the provision of cleaning services inside the buildings of the City of Łódź together with adjacent external areas in the years 2023-2024.

The subject of the contract is divided into 11 parts.

The Contracting Authority authorises the possibility of submitting partial tenders.

The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of submitting bids for any selected part or parts of the contract.

Evaluation of tenders and selection of the most advantageous offer will be carried out separately for each part of the contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services inside the buildings of the City of Łódź - Piotrkowska 104-106, Piotrkowska 108, Piotrkowska 110, Piotrkowska 113, Wólczańska 36 along with adjacent external areas.

Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons on the basis of an employment contract to perform the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended), i.e. persons performing activities during the performance of the contract, works related to cleaning services inside the buildings of the City of Łódź, e.g. cleaning of office rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchenettes, conference rooms, etc. and adjacent outdoor areas.

The scope of work of persons performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of contract performance and the method of documenting the employment of these persons and the rights of the Contracting Authority in the scope of controlling the Contractor's compliance with the requirements in question and imposing sanctions for failure to meet them are specified in this Description of the Subject of the Order and in the model contract constituting Annex 5a to the SWZ.
