Export Credit Norway wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with two to three tenderers for consultancy services within different service areas.

The contracting authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services. The consultancy services can be divided into the following areas (the list is not exhaustive):

— Marked and branch analyses

— Project management

— Credit risk assessment

— Performance management, strategy and goal development

— Internal control and operational risk management

— Finances, accounts, budgets

— Data quality/Business intelligence/data warehouse/reports

— ICT consultancy and digitalisation.
