The contract consists of carrying out the support service for the management of the sanctioning procedure for violations of the highway code, as well as the administrative police responsibility of the mayor of Taranto. It is divided into 2 distinct functional lots pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. qq) of the code (which basically differ from the place of residence of the recipient of the investigation of violation - ITALY or abroad), which may be awarded to the same competing party or to 2 different parties; all in accordance with the provisions of the relevant performance specifications as approved with executive decision no. 64 / 28.1.2020 of the local police department and according to the operational management procedures of the overall technical proposal formulated by the successful tenderer.

The services covered by the lot in question include support for the entire management of the administrative sanctioning procedure for violations of the NCdS (Legislative Decree 30.4.1992, no. 285 and execution regulation, Presidential Decree 495/1992) and administrative violations to State and local laws under the jurisdiction of the local police of Taranto (law 24.11.1981, n. 689), including the IT management of all the procedures required by law, the consequent printing and mailing of the violation checks and additional / additional sanctions, as well as the notification of these documents and of those constituting their procedural definition, with the necessary subsequent reporting of the related payments.

The activities included in lot 2 consist of support activities for the management of sanctioning procedures relating to administrative violations of the rules of the highway code for vehicles with foreign number plates and / or offenders or those jointly and severally resident abroad, in addition to laws and regulations the responsibility of the local police, or other administrative police bodies, ascertained in the municipal area against offenders and / or jointly liable residents abroad.
