Data center operation, in particular SAP, as a managed service in the external data center.

The aim of this tender is to identify adequate service providers on the market who provide the services listed below in the required quality at the best price / performance ratio for N-ERGIE IT GmbH and to operate the advertised services after the implementation of a transformation and transition project can take over. The overriding objective of the outsourcing project essentially includes the following key points:

- Provision of the SAP systems on a SAP HANA platform (see service specifications),

- Provision of SAP basic services by means of managed service,

- Operation of the SAP system landscape,

- Operation of a data center infrastructure as part of housing and hosting, including provision of the necessary components,

- Provision and operation of a WAN connection between the data center of the contractor and a defined transfer point of the client.
