The subject of the contract is to conduct an analysis of the real time-consuming administrative procedures in the investment and construction process in telecommunications, and then to prepare a report entitled "Time consumption of administrative procedures in the investment and construction process in telecommunications". On the basis of the report, preparation of a multimedia presentation presenting the results of the analysis briefly.

The description of the object of the order is annex 1 to the Specification and the order will be implemented under the conditions laid down in the Designed Agreement provisions of Annex 2 to the Specification.

1. The subject of the Agreement is to conduct an analysis of the real time-consuming administrative procedures in the investment and construction process in telecommunications, hereinafter referred to as "the analysis", and then to prepare on its basis a report entitled "Time consumption of administrative procedures in the investment and construction process in telecommunications", hereinafter referred to as "the report", and then, on the basis of the report, to prepare a multimedia presentation presenting briefly the results of the analysis, hereinafter referred to as "the presentation".

2. The subject matter of the Agreement consists of the following components:

1) conducting an analysis, including conducting surveys and elaborating the answers provided, in accordance with the requirements indicated in the Detailed Description of the subject of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as: "SOPU", which constitutes Annex 2 to the Agreement;

2) preparation of the result document - report, based on the analysis carried out, entitled "Time consumption of administrative procedures in the investment and construction process in telecommunications".

3) preparation of a multimedia presentation, based on a report, briefly presenting the results of the analysis.

3. The subject of the Agreement will be executed in accordance with the specification specified in the SOPU.

4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the Agreement in accordance with the WCAG 2.1 standard. (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1) and the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 848).
