Multi-beneficiary framework agreement with subsequent contracts for Security and Health Protection Coordination (CSPS) missions. The purpose of the procedure is to award the framework agreement, and the first subsequent contract relating to the design phase (PRO of the Installation with branched terminal (ITE).

Missions relating to all design, production, or design and production services that fall under CSPS category 1 / level 1, namely operations involving more than 10,000 men x day (i.e. more than 80,000 hours or approximately 4 000,000 EUR with at least ten companies for building operations or five for civil engineering operations.

Missions relating to all design, production, or design and production services that fall under category 2 / level 2, and category 3 / level 3 of CSPS, namely, operations of more than 500 men x day (i.e. 4000 h or around 300,000) or 30-day worksite with a peak workforce of over 20 employees and outside category 1, as well as other category 3 operations (work presenting particular risks indicated in the decree of 25.2.2003).
