The service concerns the provision of ICT Professionals to the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations on a hiring basis, whereby employees perform work or services for the aforementioned ministry/service without an employment contract being concluded between the employee and the Client for any reason whatsoever.
Temporary hiring of ICT Professionals for the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations Lot 1 KD+Seven Framework Contracts to be awarded for a contract period of 4 years and two and a half months or less. The term consists of an entry phase of zero to two and a half months and the implementation phase of 4 years. The entry phase is intended to simplify the transition from the current Framework Agreement to the new Framework Agreement and to make it efficient, both for the Participants and for the Contractors. The entry phase runs from 15 February 2024 to 30 April 2024. If there is a delay during the tender and the Framework Agreements are not signed on or before 15 February 2024, the entry phase will start on the day of signature. However, the end of the entry phase will always be 30 April 2024. The entry phase may therefore be less than two and a half months.
During the entry phase, participants can start mini-competitions for hiring ICT professionals under the upcoming new Framework Agreements. This hiring will start no earlier than May 1, 2024. The Further Agreement (NOK) resulting from this mini-competition therefore has a start date of 1 May 2024 or later.
If a new need for ICT expertise arises within a Participant before 1 May 2024 and the start of that deployment cannot wait until 1 May 2024, the Participant will start a mini-competition under the conditions of the current Framework Agreements (ROCs with Tenderned mark 252345, IUC registration number 201908094 with a duration from 5 October 2020 to 4 October 2024 and the ROCs with Tenderned mark 222097 with a duration of 1 May 2020 until 30 April 2024.
