The purpose of this procedure is the award of the school catering service for kindergartens, primary schools and nurseries "G. Rodari" of the Municipality of Marsciano with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer for the school years 2023/24 – 2024/25 – 2025/26 – 2026/27, in compliance with the technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the minimum environmental criteria referred to in the Decree of the Ministry of Ecological Transition of 25/07/2011, replaced by D.M.10/03/2020.

This procedure concerns the award of the school catering service for kindergartens, primary schools and nurseries "G. Rodari" of the Municipality of Marsciano for the school years 2023/24 (starting from the date of signing the contract) – 2024/25 – 2025/26 – 2026/27, with the possibility of renewal for two years and six-monthly technical extension. Total estimated value € 4.013.035,00 of which:

- € 617,390.00, plus VAT, presumed annual value of the contract referring to the supply of meals (n. 107,000 presumed) for kindergartens and primary schools and nurseries with reduced hours (lunch + snack);

- € 2,469,560.00 plus VAT, for 4 years of contract duration;

- € 3,704,340.00 plus VAT, estimated global value of the contract in the event that the Municipality makes use of the option of renewal for the following two years (4 years + 2 years);

- € 308,695.00 plus VAT, for the technical extension of 6 months pursuant to art.106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.
