The subject of these proceedings is the purchase of a brand new (year: 2023) medium special fire-fighting rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system (category 2: off-road).

1. The subject matter of these proceedings is the purchase of a brand new (year: 2023) medium special fire-fighting fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system (category 2: off-road).

2. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, undamaged, unencumbered by the rights of third parties and should meet safety standards.

3. The vehicle must meet the technical conditions set out in the law applicable in Poland for cars moving on public roads and the conditions set out in the legal regulations for the European Union. The delivered car must have a certificate of approval and the required documents (in particular a user manual in Polish, warranty book, certificate of technical tests) enabling the registration of the vehicle.
