The National Crime Agency are looking to source a supplier to deliver an Occupational Health Service.
The National Crime Agency (NCA) is tendering for a supplier to deliver an Occupational Health and Well-being Service.
The NCA provides an occupational health and welfare service as a proactive and effective response to the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974). The aim of the OH service is to promote the health and well-being of all NCA officers. It outlines the action to be taken by the NCA to monitor and improve the effects of the working environment, develop organisational good practice on health and well-being and understand the impact an individual's health has on their work. Due to the Agency's Information Security advice and Board decision, the OH service is required to operate via an in — house system which retains control over all medical and personal data. The OH policy supports the NCA in leading the UK's fight to cut serious and organised crime.
