the contract covers housekeeping services for various municipal buildings and sports complexes. The services are divided into 2 lots:

- Lot 1: cleaning of municipal buildings

- lot 2: cleaning of sports complexes. For each lot, it is a "Composite" framework agreement corresponding partly to an ordinary contract (global and fixed price) and partly to a framework agreement executed by means of purchase orders (unit prices fixed in the unit price schedule).

housekeeping of municipal buildings (18 sites). These services will be paid by a global and fixed price.

Exceptional services as well as the cleaning of other building(s) may be requested. These services, performed as and when purchase orders are issued, will be remunerated by applying to the quantities actually performed the prices fixed in the unit price schedule.

The annual value is estimated at 260,000 euro (excl. VAT). Corresponding to the estimated amount of the flat-rate part (210,000 euro (excl. VAT)) and the maximum amount of the purchase order part (50,000 euros (excl. VAT). That is a total amount estimated at 1 040 0000 euro (excluding tax). On the maximum duration of the contract, 4 years.

housekeeping of sports complexes (3 sites). These services will be paid by a global and fixed price. Exceptional services as well as the cleaning of other sports complexes may be requested. These services, performed as and when purchase orders are issued, will be remunerated by applying to the quantities actually performed the prices fixed in the unit price schedule. The annual value is estimated at 92,500 euro (excluding tax). Corresponding to the estimated amount of the flat-rate part (55,000 euro (excl. VAT)) and the maximum amount of the purchase order part (37,500 euros (excl. VAT). That is a total amount estimated at 370,000 euros (excluding tax). On the maximum duration of the contract, 4 years.
