Engineering services for the renewal of the water and sewage disposal system in the course of the district road expansion of Biebelhausener Straße, K 131 in the municipality of Ayl

The district of Trier-Saarburg intends to expand the local thoroughfare in Ayl, Biebelhausen, and is currently planning the expansion measure. At the same time, the necessary measures of the Verbandsgemeindewerke Saarburg – Kell on the public water supply and sewage systems are to be planned. The required planning essentially includes the following main services:

Water supply: approx. 1,500 meters of water pipe, 69 property connections

Wastewater disposal: approx. 1,500 meters of combined sewer, 69 property connections

The subject of the assignment are the following engineering services (basic services and special services) based on the HOAI 2021:

- Water supply sector

Engineering services for civil engineering structures -water supply- according to Part 3, Section 3, §§ 41 ff. HOAI 2021.

Basic services Performance profile of civil engineering structures LPH 1 - 3 and 5 - 9.

The preliminary estimate of the total eligible construction costs for the drinking water supply area is approx. € 697,500 (net).

We see the project of drinking water supply in fee zone II according to §§ 5, 6 HOAI with low planning requirements.

- Wastewater disposal sector

Engineering services for civil engineering structures -wastewater disposal- according to Part 3, Section 3, §§ 41 ff. HOAI 2021.

Basic services Performance profile civil engineering structures: LPH 1 - 3 and 5 - 9.

The preliminary estimate of the total eligible construction costs for the wastewater disposal sector is approximately € 1,545,000 (net).

We see the project of wastewater disposal in fee zone III according to §§ 5, 6 HOAI with low planning requirements.

- Special services

According to Annexes 2, 3 and 4 of the Engineering Contract.

The contract is awarded in 2 stages according to the specifications in the engineering contract. In principle, there is no entitlement to be commissioned at service level 2:
