The order from the municipality of Gemert-Bakel must result in the maintenance of the electrical installations being entrusted to (1) one supplier. By concluding an agreement for the preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, malfunctions and replacement of E-installations, the municipality of Gemert-Bakel is able to meet its legal obligation to provide a safe working environment for its staff. The municipality wants to enter into an agreement for the duration of four (4) years with the possibility of extending two (2) times one (1) year. The agreement is expected to take effect on 1 March 2023.
