Electricity is an essential element for the operation of dependencies, schools, sports facilities and public lighting, as well as pumping and wastewater treatment stations and pumping, production and storage stations for supply water. This type of supply is particularly complex due to the diversity of sectoral legislation that affects it and the multitude of tariffs depending on the purpose, power and operating hours of each installation, as well as the fluctuations experienced by the costs of production and transport of energy.
However, whenever a new contract has been awarded and formalized to a company other than the previous one, as long as the new awardee does not effectively obtain the ATR, it is considered part of the duration of the original contract ONE (1) ADDITIONAL MONTH to enable the effective obtaining of the ATR (Third Party Access to Networks) by the new contractor. In that month the previous contractor will make the supply and invoice it at the prices of the contract that he had signed. In such a way that the total duration may reach TWENTY-FIVE MONTHS (25 months).
