Three tugs

The object of the contract is the delivery of an operational all-wheel drive narrow-gauge tractor with front loader (new vehicle) including expert instruction by expert personnel for four persons including a vehicle demonstration at the customer's site as well as the execution of annual maintenance for a period of two years from operational delivery. In addition, a German-language operating manual with spare parts catalogue must be handed out both in paper form and as a PDF download file as well as all associated vehicle documents including the EC declaration of conformity according to the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (if possible in electronic form). In addition, the contractor guarantees the availability of spare parts for the all-wheel drive narrow-gauge tractor for a period of at least five years from operational delivery.

Alternatively, an exhibition or demonstration all-wheel drive narrow-gauge tractor can also be offered if it is not older than twelve months, has run accident-free for a maximum of 100 operating hours, meets at least the required technical requirements pursuant to § 4 (1) of the specifications (see tender documents) and is in perfect general and good technical condition. Exhibition or demonstration vehicles must meet the requirements of § 4 (1) to (3) of the specifications (see tender documents).

The object of the order is the delivery of an operational agricultural tractor with a drive-in front loader as attachment (new vehicle), including instruction by expert personnel for three persons at the customer's site as well as the handing over of all associated vehicle documents with a German-language operating manual both in paper form and in electronic form (e.g. as PDF) and the implementation of annual maintenance in the first two years after ready-to-use delivery. Furthermore, the contractor guarantees the availability of spare parts for the agricultural tractor for a period of at least five years from operational delivery.

Alternatively, an exhibition or demonstration agricultural tractor may also be offered if it is not older than twelve months, has run accident-free for a maximum of 100 operating hours, meets at least the required technical requirements pursuant to § 4 (1) to (3) of the service description (see tender documents) and is in perfect generally good technical condition.

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of an operational all-wheel drive tractor with diesel drive (new vehicle) including expert instruction by expert German-speaking personnel for three persons including a vehicle demonstration at the customer's site as well as the execution of annual maintenance for a period of two years from operational delivery. In addition, a German-language operating manual with spare parts catalogue both in paper form and in electronic form (e.g. as a PDF download file) as well as all associated vehicle documents including the EC declaration of conformity according to the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (if possible in electronic form) must be handed out. In addition, the contractor guarantees the availability of spare parts for the four-wheel drive tractor for a period of at least nine years from operational delivery.

Alternatively, an exhibition or demonstration all-wheel drive tractor can also be offered if it is not older than twelve months, has run accident-free for a maximum of 50 operating hours, meets at least the required technical requirements pursuant to § 4 (1) of the specifications (see tender documents) and is in perfect general and good technical condition.
