The subject of the contract is the planning and construction of the new construction of a two-storey school canteen (ground floor) with classrooms (upper floor) in Langenfeld.
The approx. 3,300 m2 plot to be built on is located in the urban area of the city of Langenfeld - between the plots at Fahlerweg 17 and 27. Some of the buildings still on the property will be demolished.
According to current considerations, the gross floor area for the two-storey new building is around 1,800 m2, the required open spaces/outdoor facilities around 1,500 m2.
The objective is to maintain a cost budget of around EUR 6.5 million net (cost groups 200, 300, 400 and 500, including cost group 470). The equipment/furnishing (KG 600) is not the subject of the contract.
The existing room concept with functional planning of the canteen will be made available to the participants as part of the invitation to offer as information and orientation.
The award procedure is intended to find a planning office that will act as general planner, in particular for the development of the project. provides the following services:

- Services according to § 43 HOAI object planning for civil engineering structures
- Services according to § 51 HOAI Fachplanung
- Services according to § 55 HOAI technical planning of technical equipment of plant groups 1-8 (incl. technical planning kitchen technology)
- Services: § 39 ff. HOAI, object planning, outdoor facilities
- Services according to HOAI Annex 1.2 Building Physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics, room acoustics)
- Services according to HOAI Annex 1.3 Geotechnics (basic services)
- Services according to AHO issue no. 17 - Fire protection under building regulations (standard services)
The services of a surveyor have already been commissioned.
All publications, regulations, etc. for recording the performance profiles are to be used in the latest version.
It is planned to commission work phases 1 to 9 in stages for the service profiles buildings and interiors, outdoor facilities, technical equipment and engineering structures. Initially, work phases 1 to 3 are commissioned. Work phases 4 to 9 are optionally commissioned by the city of Langenfeld.
It is planned to commission work phases 1 to 6 in stages for the structural engineering service profile. Initially, work phases 1 to 3 are commissioned. Work phases 4 to 6 are optionally commissioned by the city of Langenfeld.
