VE17 Screed work
The town of Büdelsdorf intends to build a new school next to the existing building for the Astrid
Lindgren Primary School at the Büdelsdorf site. The new building will have classrooms and an assembly hall. For
an older part of the building was demolished and the site cleared. The property
has an area of about 20,200 m². The property of the Astrid Lindgren Primary School is located
in a central location.
The planned new building is two-storey and L-shaped. The overall dimensions are
75 m and 45 m in length, each approx. 23 m in width. The projection of the upper floor
on the west side forms a covered entrance.
Execution in solid construction. Load-bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete, parts in masonry.
The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete. Extensively green flat roof with external drainage.
Perforated façade with ribbon window, mullion-transom façade and facing masonry.
Services include:
-ca. 69 m3 cementitious fill
- approx. 3,100 m2 EPS thermal insulation in various thicknesses
-ca. 300 m2 MiWo thermal insulation
- approx. 3,400 m2 cement screed in various construction heights, mostly as heating screed
