Metal construction façade - bell system, mailbox

GWG Ingolstadt is carrying out the construction of a new residential complex with a day care center on Stargarder Strasse, consisting of 5 houses, including 2 high-rise buildings with 12 and 18 upper floors respectively, and a large underground garage. The master builder work has been in progress since August the year before last, and the execution of facade and finishing works will begin in 2022.

Dimensions:

Number of apartments 161 (plus day care with 4 groups)

BRI total approx. 75,000 m3 of which underground car park approx. 11,000 m3

GFA total approx. 24,000 m2, of which underground parking approx. 3,500m2

Building heights of approx. 13 m to 55 m above OK grounds (ancillary facilities up to approx. 4 m)

The following services are to be offered for the construction project:

Letterbox systems: 5 pcs. for a total of 161 apartments

Bell systems: 5 pcs. for a total of 161 apartments

Rear-ventilated curtain wall with aluminium composite panels: total area approx. 120 m²

The execution of the work should start on 05.10.2022 with the assembly at BT A / B / C and be completed on 14.12.2022. Subsequently, the façade elements for BT D and BT E will be executed starting from 02.02.2023 to 31.05.2023.

The residential complex will be built in sections, so the façade elements must also be installed in sections or components as soon as the advance payment has been made. This can lead to interruptions in the construction process.
