2. A detailed description of the object of the contract, a description of the requirements of the Ordering Party for implementation and receipt is included in Annex 1a to SWZ (offer form, contract subject — package I) and in the Specification of the Terms of Order.

3. The ambulance must have full documentation on the basis of which the car will be registered in the communications department without any additional actions.

4. The Contracting Authority requires that the vehicle offered is factory new, non-operational, from the 2021 production year with a 2-year full warranty — no mileage limit.

3. The Contracting Authority requires the equipment to be factory new, non-operational, from the 2021 production year with a 2-year full warranty.

4. The subject of the contract is to have a CE declaration of conformity or other applicable law authorising the marketing document as a medical device in accordance with the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices.
