Belongs to this measure

- a new extension for the OGS area with approx. 1 000 m 2 BGF,

- the facade renovation of the existing building with large-scale replacement of the existing wooden windows,

- the renovation of flat roofs,

- painting and flooring work,

- the renovation of toilet facilities,

- the rehabilitation of the drinking water and heating network.

In addition, modifications to provide accessibility based on DIN 18040 are planned. Furthermore, the electrical installation is to be renewed and the IT networking in the school building created or removed.

The work must be planned and executed in such a way that the construction work can be carried out while the school is in operation. As far as possible, the interests of the students and the staff of the teaching staff shall be taken into account with regard to the function of the building.

Subject of this invitation to tender are the basic services of the performance picture technical building equipment according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI of the performance phases 1 to 8 as well as optionally the performance phase 9.

The client may decide on the two refurbishments and the extension of 3 properties according to § 11 HOAI and estimates the chargeable costs as follows:

- 410 to 490 costs for refurbishment of the existing building: 1,017 T EUR (net),

- 410 to 490 costs for the renovation of the gym: 350 T EUR (net),

- 410 to 490er costs for the new construction of the OGS: 370 T EUR (net).

The individual asset groups in accordance with § 53 (2) HOAI provide for the following eligible costs per property:

For the renovation of the existing building:

- No 2: EUR 172 975 (net),

- No 3: EUR 132 275 (net),

- No. 4 -8: 601 343 EUR (net).

For the renovation of the gym:

- No 2: 59 518 EUR (net),

- No 3: EUR 45 514 (net),

- Nos. 4-8: 206 914 EUR (net).

For the extension:

- No 1: 59 372 EUR (net),

- No 2: 74 492 EUR (net),

- No 3: 43 146 EUR (net),

The client expects the bidders to assess the applicability of § 11 HOAI.

The client wishes a project implementation according to a suitable BIM standard. It is planned to develop a Principal Information Request (AIA) and a BIM development plan between the client and the planners involved in order to arrive at a BIM standard adapted to the project.

However, the present contract is intended to entrust already established specific achievements with regard to the implementation of the project according to a suitable BIM standard. If and insofar as further services for the implementation of the BIM standard suitable for the project, which go beyond the basic services, are required on the basis of the Principal Information Request (AIA) or the BIM Implementation Plan, this is provided by the commissioning to ensure special services. Specifically, it is provided in this respect to have the task of the BIM manager performed by the object planner.
