The objective of this Contract is the implementation of an Access Service for the Joint Facilities, in which the Contracting Authority intends to implement a secure and manageable Access that complies with current information security standards. TGV gives people the correct Access that belongs to the function and or role of that person. The TGV must be connected to multiple systems and websites and give access to them. Access to those systems and websites should therefore no longer be regulated separately. The contractor is asked to provide a SaaS solution that is able to realize a TGV based on open standards and proven technology.
Joint Facilities Access Service (systems and websites) for the security regions, chain and crisis partnersIn order to cope with an expected growth, the TGV should:
• Be able to federate at least 45 Partners allowing the Users of those Partners to use the Joint Features via SSO.
• Grant the Users of at least 48 Partners Access logging in with MFA.
• Grant access to the Joint Features to a minimum of 50,000 different Users.
• 8 – 20 systems to connect.
• 9 - 20 websites to connect.
• Grant at least 500 users per minute Access.
• The Client must also have the possibility to scale up and down the number of users of the service and the associated licenses.
