Letters Alsfeld-Lauterbach

Lot 1 "Letter items Alsfeld-Lauterbach": Transport of outgoing mail (items of letters pursuant to § 4 No. 1 a) of the Postal Act (PostG)) and, with regard to incoming mail, the emptying of P.O. Box for the Alsfeld-Lauterbach tax office

Scope:

- Outgoing mail: approx. 555,856 pieces (maximum 667,028 pieces)

- Mailbox emptying/incoming mail: weekday mailbox emptying (48 months)

Framework agreement

The quantities mentioned here serve as an imputed assumption and include the assumed contract volume for the maximum contract term of 4 years.

The client is entitled to a unilateral right to determine performance up to 20% of the net total offer sum from this award procedure as additional requirements (quantitative service extension). The maximum quantities that can be called through this framework agreement are set out above. These quantities result from the estimated purchase quantities plus 20 % as demand extension quantity. When these maximum quantities are reached, the contract ends, even if the specified end of the contract period has not yet been reached.

Within the framework of the “Quality” evaluation criterion, particular consideration is given to measures to reduce and/or compensate for environmentally harmful effects.

PZA Alsfeld-Lauterbach

Lot 2 "PZA Alsfeld-Lauterbach": Execution of formal postal delivery orders pursuant to §§ 166 et seq. of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) for the Alsfeld-Lauterbach tax office

Volume: approx. 5,512 pieces (maximum 6,615 pieces)

The quantities mentioned here serve as an imputed assumption and include the assumed contract volume for the maximum contract term of 4 years.
