The client is entitled to a unilateral right to determine performance up to 20% of the net total offer sum from this award procedure as additional requirements (quantitative service extension). The maximum quantities that can be called through this framework agreement are set out above. These quantities result from the estimated purchase quantities plus 20 % as demand extension quantity. When these maximum quantities are reached, the contract ends, even if the specified end of the contract period has not yet been reached.
