The subject of the contract is: Modernization of existing street lighting in the municipalities of: Wisznice, Jabłoń, Milanów, Rossosz, Łomazy, Rokitno, and the City of Terespol, which is implemented as part of the project "Promotion of low emissions in the municipalities of northern Lublin".
1. The subject of the contract is: Modernization of existing street lighting in the municipalities of Wisznice, Jabłoń, Milanów, Rossosz, Łomazy, Rokitno and the City of Terespol, which is implemented as part of the project "Promotion of low emissions in the municipalities of the northern Lublin region".
2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) Delivery of 3045 new LED fittings, including:
a) Wisznice Commune - 612 pieces of LED fittings, including lighting: normal (576 pieces) and controlled (36 pieces),
b) Jabłoń Commune - 446 ordinary LED luminaires,
c) Milanów Commune - 469 ordinary LED luminaires
d) Rossosz Commune - 120 ordinary LED luminaires,
e) Łomazy Commune - 491 ordinary LED luminaires,
f) Rokitno Commune - 345 ordinary LED luminaires,
g) City of Terespol - 562 ordinary LED luminaires,
2) Dismantling and utilization of old mercury and sodium outdoor lighting fixtures on booms and columns in the amount of 3045 pieces
3) Installation of 3045 new LED fittings.
4) Replacement of supply wires of fittings 3045 kpl.
5) Replacement of AI / Cu current terminals for all luminaires.
6) Replacement of all luminaire protections with BZO-01 and SV.
7) Replacement of surge arresters.
8) Carrying out load measurements for all lighting cabinets and measuring the effectiveness of electric shock protection as well as measuring the tg power factor for the nominal power of street lighting luminaires and for luminaire power reduced by 50%.
9) Supply and installation of 15 LED lanterns powered by photovoltaic cells, including:
a) Wisznice Commune - 10 LED lanterns,
b) Łomazy Commune - 5 LED lanterns,
10) Providing and installing a road lighting management and monitoring system along the main street by the commune Wisznice.
11) Preparation of acceptance documentation in paper version in 2 copies and as-built documentation in electronic version in the geodetic reference system "1992", "2000/5" - recording format * .SHP containing a detailed inventory of existing lighting, power stations, lighting cabinets and a road line lighting containing layers and attributes according to the following scheme:
Thematic layer LIGHTS / as a point / in .SHP format described by the following attributes:
- a single, unique lighthouse number,
- location of the lighthouse (X, Y coordinates),
- post type (steel, aluminum, concrete, other),
- height of the lighting pole (in meters),
- distance between columns (in meters with an accuracy of 1.0 m),
- distance between the pole and the road edge (in meters with an accuracy of 0.5 m),
- boom length (in meters),
- height of the mounted luminaire,
- the type and type of the fitting,
- real power of the fitting,
- the number of fittings on the pole,
- owner of the luminaire (Commune, Zakład Energetyczny),
- type of line (overhead, cable),
- line type (AL., ASXSN, YAKY ...).
The thematic layer of control boxes (as a point) in .SHP format described by the following attributes:
- uniform, unique SON control box number,
- control box location (X, Y coordinates)
- type of mailbox,
- contracted capacity of the box,
- value of pre-meter collateral,
- designation of the transformer with which the power point is connected,
- number of circuits.
In the .SHP format, described by the following attributes:
- trafo station marking,
- station location (X, Y coordinates),
- construction (brick, overhead, container, other).
