13. The municipality has no outstanding liabilities with banks.
14. The Municipality did not have a reorganization program within the meaning of the Public Finance Act of 27.08.2009.
15. The Contracting Authority shall not have any obligations under the Bonds, receivables redemption, forfaiting, factoring, eFinancing, leasing.
16. The Contracting Authority has not granted sureties or guarantees to other entities.
17. The Contracting Authority does not have any signed contracts of a public-law nature.
18. The Contracting Authority declares that it holds shares in a local government company, which is Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o., in the amount of 100% of shares with a value of PLN 24,371,533.00 and in the Association of Municipalities of the Wisłoka River Basin with its registered office in Jasło in the amount of PLN 1,533.00.
19. The Contracting Authority confirms that it is not in arrears with the Tax Office and the Social Insurance Institution.
20. The Bank will not charge any commissions or fees for granting and repaying the loan.
21. The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of the loan without incurring additional fees.
22. The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from the use of part of the credit without incurring additional fees.
