2. The scope of works to be carried out includes, in particular:

a.replacement of central heating installations with radiators with thermostatic valves,

b. mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation,

c. insulation of the roof with partial replacement of the roof covering,

d.insulation of external walls,

e.partial replacement of external doors and windows,

f. replacement of built-in lighting with LED,

g. making moisture insulation of basement walls to the ground,

h. construction of ramps for people with reduced mobility,
