The purpose of the procurement is to facilitate a simple and appropriate rental vehicle service for the employees of Innlandet County (IFK) and others in need of rental vehicles for business travel/assignments paid for by IFK.

The framework agreement includes short-term and long-term rentals. The agreement shall ensure a wide offer of cars for hire.

In addition to the country's enterprises, the following enterprises are also included:

- Anno Museum AS

- Innlandet Theatre

- Kunstbanken

- Lillehammer Municipality

- Øyer Municipality

- Gausdal Municipality

The county has previously had a contract in this area. Turnover is expected to be NOK 2.5 - 3 million excluding VAT per normal year.

Innlandet County has plans to introduce mobility as a service in the coming four-year period. This can affect the volume.

Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal Municipalities have also had contracts for this area previously. Turnover is NOK 400,000 - 450,000 excluding VAT per normal year.

The stated value represents an expected turnover for the coming year, but does not represent a purchase obligation for the contracting authority. Changes in the technological development, organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volume.
